Scope of cover

We can cover primary, secondary, seasonal, tenanted, vacant and condominiums under renovation. Standard cover includes:

• Limited flood as standard in respect of coverages A and C, except on the first floor of the building.
• ‘Special coverage A’ as standard.
• Personal/premises liability.
• Mould.
• Water backup.
• Loss of use available, limit to be included in TIV.
